He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Kathleen Walsh; his children, Richard Thomas Jenkins (Stephanie) of Annapolis, MD, Thomas Scott Jenkins (Jeny) of Hagerstown, MD and Megan Walsh of Mt. Airy, MD; his brothers, Garry Jenkins and Daniel Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Luke, Corinne, Olivia Jenkins and Mia Shelton. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
