He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Howell and Margaret Mary Howell; his sister Missy; and his wife Susan Warner. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Howell Jr. and Lauren Stratmann (Howell). He is also survived by his brother, his two children, his son-in-law, his four grandchildren.
