She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clayton Milne and Marian Elizabeth. She is survived by: her spouse Captain Robert Grant Niederstadt; her children, Cindy Miller (Chris) of Severna Park, MD, Heidi Niederstadt of Mardela Springs, MD and Karl Niederstadt (Olga) of Severna Park, MD; her grandchildren, Justin Miller, Joel Miller, Troy Miller, Tabitha Shorter, Candice Allison, Madalyn Kingman, Tyler Finlay, Paige Niederstadt and Jordan Niederstadt; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Kevin, Lelan, Makenzi, Vincent, Richard, Edward, Ronan, Aiven, Bently, Bella, Kylee, Jackson, Liam, Rylee, Dalton and Harper; and her sisters, Carol Goodman (Richard) and Bonnie Waters (Paul).
