He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hollis; his children, James Hollis and Julia Cage; his son-in-law Ronald Cage Jr.; his grandchildren, Jack, Lily Hollis, Sierra and Chase Cage; his brother-in-law Louis Darin; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Klewicki, Tom Darin, Debbie Holmquist Cox, Eric Holmquist and Gary Holmquist.
