He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Slack and Samuel Slack; his spouse Dorothy Ludwig; his daughters, Joanne Hanner of Atlanta, GA and Patti Buckingham of Columbia; his sons-in-law, Dan Hanner and Jim Buckingham; his grandchildren, Jodi Whalen, Lindsay O'Keefe and Todd Hanner; and his great grandchild Andrew James O'Keefe.
