He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Foote and Gertrude Foote. He is survived by: his wife Susan McClay Foote of Severna Park, MD; his nephew Adam Foote of Collierville, TN; his nieces, Diana Foote Barzizza of Memphis, TN and Amy Foote of Memphis, TN; his sister Marilyn A. Foote of South Yarmouth, MA; and his pet Lucy.
