Lucas of Ellicott City, MD and Wendy Tatter of St. Augustine, FL; his niece Patricia Laramie of Novi, MI; his nephew David Strack of West Edmeston, NY; and his grandchildren, Valerie Lucas of Monkton, MD, Natalie Lucas of Wellington, Jordan Tatter of St. Augustine, FL, Emmett Tatter of St. Augustine, FL and Zachary Tatter of St. Augustine, FL..
