He was predeceased by: his father Walter Lewis Hoggard. He is survived by: his children, Zach, Danny and Lyndsey; his mother Patricia Hoggard; his siblings, Ellen Hoggard, John and Steven Hoggard; and his cousin Piney Kesting. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a GoFundMe site created for his children.
