Baker of Severna Park, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Anne D. Baker; his father James B. Baker; and his son-in-law Trey Smith. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Smith Totushek (Ken), Chuck Baker (Cruz) and Barbara Nienhaus (Steve); and his grandchildren, Kristen Smith, Julia Smith Simerly, Kimberly Smith Epler, Theoren Smith IV, Ellen Nienhaus Renner, Matthew Nienhaus, Patrick Nienhaus, Charles Baker III and James Baker. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
