She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Richards and Thelma Richards of Metropolis Illinois; and her husband John Scott Decker. She is survived by: her sons, Craig Decker (Cristina) and Grant Decker (Emily); her grandchildren, Madi, Victoria, Claudia, Mara and Nathan Decker; and her sister Jill Anderson of Vienna, Illinois..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barranco Funeral Home (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Woods Memorial Church in Severna Park (611 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Severna Park, MD 21146).
