He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene Lepley and Kathryn Violet Lepley (Sparlin). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Lepley; his children, Amanda Lepley, Thomas Lepley (Stephanie) and James Lepley; his granddaughter Sage Lepley; his siblings, Steve Lepley (Karen) and Sandy Honigford; and his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Wolfram, David Larue, Phillip, Neta Wolfram, Keith, Charlene Maines, Ron and Donna Reiner. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews with their spouses and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
