He is survived by: his wife Annette Lackey Herman of Queen Anne; his children, William J. Herman, II and Jennifer M. Moore of Queen Anne; his grandchildren, Austin, Alaynee, Madison, Gracie, Elizabeth and Sarah; and his great grandchild Denalia.
