She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Manigault of Carlisle and Joseph Manigault of Swansea; and her siblings, Geraldine Manigault and Leonard Manigault. She is survived by: her husband Fabian Milburn, Sr.; her daughter Rhonda; her son-in-law David Brown; her son Fabian Milburn, Jr. of Severn, Maryland; her siblings, Beulah Bass, Ora Manigault and Joseph Manigault of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; her sisters-in-law, Anna Mae Manigault of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Theresa Milburn of Brooklyn and Audrey Patrick of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and her brother George Manigault of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Viola's name to Partners-In-Care, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting older adults with living and thriving independently. Donations can be sent to 8151-C Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, Maryland 21122.
