He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Rawlinson and Samuel Allen Rawlinson. He is survived by: his wife Luree Rawlinson of Severn, MD; and his sons, Marc (Christine) of Odenton, MD and Rodney (Freeda) of Baltimore, MD.
