It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Kinsey Sr. (Severn, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Dawn Kinsey; his wife Donna L. Kinsey; and his children, Sadie Morrell, Robert Jr., Joey Kinsey and Gary Kinsey. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
