It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hemphill Sr. (Severn, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Hemphill and Marietta Hemphill. He is survived by: his wife Rita Melinda Hemphill; his sister Karen Stickles (Jeff); his children, Rick Hemphill, Jr. (Diane), Chris Boyer (Dale), John Hemphill, Cindy Branscom (Mike), Brian Hemphill, Amy Timer (Jeff) and Sarah Rampley (John); his grandchildren, Shawna, Robbie, John, Chad, Charlotte, Anne-Marie, Jackson, Aubrey and Camden; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Julie, Campbell, Yuri, Alec, Connor, Wyatt and Eliza.
