He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol and Paul D. Johnson, Sr.; and his sister Patty Howard. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Johnson; his children, Michael Johnson (Katie) of Lothian, MD and Michelle Heroux (Dan) of Lothian, MD; his grandchildren, Savannah Myers, Bryson Sears, Alex and Addison Heroux; and his brothers, Rick Johnson of Severn, MD and Tony Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of Dave's life will be held at a later date.
