Burd of Severn, Maryland, born in Chico, California, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Richard J. Mansker and Betty Ramsey Mansker. She is survived by: her husband Dennis W. Burd; her daughter Charity Goodwin (Brock) of Elkridge, Maryland.; her grandchildren, Johnny H. Goodwin and Zion B. Goodwin; and her brother Paul Mansker.
