She is survived by: her spouse John Kenneth Mann; her son John Wesley; her grandsons, William and Spencer; her siblings, Dave Burgess, Ken Burgess, Sharon Teter and Betty Scott; and also Catherine. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to 21st Century Education Foundation, Inc., working in partnership with Anne Arundel County Retired Teachers Association, to provide college scholarships for high school graduates pursuing education.
