He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Rae Chappell; his child Brandy Lou Chappell; his child-in-law James Jacobs; his grandchildren, Brendan Warner (Sara), Mikayla Ruby, Courtney Sell and Maddie Ayers; his great grandchild Jace Warner; his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Victor Phoebus, Edward and Pam Birmingham; his godchildren, Joshua Phoebus, Melissa Wotring, Rebecca Bennett and Nicole Rutledge; and his aunt Margaret Gronau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
