He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Hood and Clara Hood. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hood (Boswell); his children, Franklin Hood Jr. (Jennifer), Susan Hood and Robin Moreland (James); his grandchildren, Franklin Hood III (Tamara), Kristopher Hood (Jessica), Heather Flye (Kyle), Michael Hood and Rebecca Weller (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Mckenzie, Jordyn, Marc, Logan, Kyle Jr., Catherine, Hayden, Wyatt, Ashton and Emmy.
