She is survived by: her parents, Errol Kerns, Sr. and Beverly Kerns (Owens); her husband Shadon Whitmire; her children, Kiyera, Shadon Jr., Ania and Jada Whitmire; her brothers, Errol Kerns Jr. (Charnise) and Erik Kerns (Royce); her grandchildren, Iyanna, Tierra, Aliyah, Ma'Kiyah and Amir Whitmire; and her in-laws, Alberta and Melvin Gadsden.
