We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2024, at the age of 66, Cathy Mae Creek of Severn, Maryland, born in Cheverly, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Cathy Mae departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cathy Mae may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cathy Mae leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C Hoile and Edith I Hoile; and her siblings, Donna Sue Hines, Sharden B Hoile, Sharon B Hoile and Virginia L Hoile.

She is survived by: her husband James Terry Creek; her son Richard David Creek (Sara) of Manassas, VA.; and her sister Naomi L Lehman.

Donations in Cathy's name can be given to Chesapeake Hospice.
