It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cary Duane Phelps of Severn, Maryland, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cary Duane has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman E. Phelps and Audrey N. Phelps (Phelps). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Susan Phelps (Norris) of Severn; his sister Sheila F. Morris (Scott) of Severn; and his brothers-in-law, Bob G. Norris Jr. (Vivian) of St. Louisville, Ohio and Jeffery R. Norris (Cheryl) of Pasadena. He is also survived by his 16 grandnieces and grandnephews; and a host of extended family.
