She was predeceased by: her father LaVern Loretz; her sister Gloria Lincoln; and her granddaughter Chelsea Combes. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Combes; her children, James Combes (Stephanie) and Michelle Dosh (Michael); her siblings, Virginia Hittenrauch (Fred), LaVern Loretz Jr., Duane Loretz (Eileen) and David Paul Loretz; her brother-in-law David Lincoln; and her grandchildren, David Combes, Melanie Combes, Rebecca Willey, Ricky Parker, Heather Willey, Cody Goodman, Sammie Goodman and Sarah Dosh. She is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, nephews, and her beloved friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Samaritan's Purse or The Protestant Women of the Chapel on Fort Meade Maryland.
