He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Ann Wright Chapman; his children, Mark D. Chapman of Glen Burnie, Jeanette Harding of Severn and Teresa Lynn Zell of Edgewater; and his siblings, Carlton Chapman of Virginia and Delores Osbourne of Indiana. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
