It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Kelser of Severn, Maryland, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Phillip Kelser; her sister Janet Shupp (AJ); and her aunts and uncles, Faylene Ortega (Becky) and Margaret Myers (Peggy). She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
