Hughes of Secretary, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McGlaughlin and Dorothy Simmons Belanga; and her sister Bonnie Sue Andrews. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Jody" Hughes, Sr. of Secretary; her children, Dawn Stanley (David) of Cambridge, Joseph "Jody" Hughes, Jr. (Jerri Lynn) of Vienna and Christina Shores (Timothy) of Secretary; her grandchildren, Austin Elzey, Toby Hughes, Lee Shores, Caleb Shores, JB Hughes and James Hughes; and her nephew Ray Andrews.
