He was predeceased by: his parents, David Garrett and Lucille Parrott Garrett; and his sisters, Joan Mowbray and Linda Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Richard Garrett (Mandy Peters), Donna Bloodsworth (Brandon) of Cambridge and Bobby Rhae (Christen) of Pittsburgh Pa.
