She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jarrett and Cora Jarrett of Washington, DC.; and her brother Albert Jarrett. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill and Cindy Sweet of Naples Fla; her niece Donna; her nephews, David, Charlie and Bill Jarrett; her husband Eugene; and her grandchildren, William, Steven Buckler, DJ Jump and Brandi Smith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
