He is survived by: his wife Julie Naugle; his son Zane Todd of Hurlock; his mother Wanda Garing Todd of Secretary; his siblings, Terry Todd, Tammy Hodges of Easton, Jenny Leap of Cambridge and Tim Todd (Tammy Townsend Todd) of Secretary; his niece Tori Leap; and his nephews, Nate Leap and Tyler Hodges. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
