He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Allen O'Connor; his wife Beth Ann O'Connor (Mouer); his children, Elizabeth Ann Wielgosz (Patrick) and Zachary David O'Connor; his sister Marsha O'Connor; his nieces, Melissa Hoffman (Scott) and Maggie Rowell (Jake); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aubrey, Hayden, Hunter and JT.
