She was predeceased by: her father George Darcy Willoughby. She is survived by: her mother Norma Jean Hurley Fisher (Bud); her husband Melvin Marine Dukes; her children, Richard Allen Derenda and Heather Renee Thomas; her stepchildren, Jerri Lynn Hughes (Jody), Wes Dukes and Kris Dukes; her grandchildren, Destini Pritchett, JB Hughes, Dalton, Brantley Dukes and Alex Dukes; her siblings, Russell Willoughby (Missy), Michael Willoughby (Tina), Debbie Horseman (Bobby), Cheryl Todd (Charles), Vicky Wheatley (Willie) and Nancy Robinson (David); and her adoptive daughter Carla Thacker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing and face coverings will be required.
