He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Elizabeth "Kitty" Roth; and his sister Cathleen. He is survived by: his children, John Roth, Jr. of Audubon, PA, Michael Roth of Leonardtown, MD, Thomas Roth of Callaway, MD and Terrance Roth of Scotland, MD. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
