Phelps; his siblings, Perry Phelps, Jeffrey Phelps and Linda Duke; his wife Susan Wise; his children, Joshua Phelps (Meghan Phelps), Jonathan Phelps (Tacy Phelps), Jennifer Cooch (Billy Cooch), Jacqueline Phelps (Kevin Ensey) and Jeremy Phelps; and his stepchildren, Thomas Wise, Reyshel Wise and Caitlyn Wise.
