She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Smallwood and Louise Smallwood (Jones); her husband Charles Dick; and her siblings, Cyril Smallwood, Norman Smallwood, Russell Smallwood, Roland Smallwood, Donald Smallwood and Louisa Smallwood.
She is survived by: her children, Charles W. Dick Jr. and Cathy Whitehead; her grandchildren, Ryan Dick, Camela Ebaugh and Justin Whitehead; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Ebaugh, Riley Ebaugh, Emily Dick, Hannah Dick and Hadley Ebaugh. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
