Williams of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Pullum, Sr. and Bessie Mae Riddick Pullum; her husband Layton Williams, Sr.; her siblings, John Wesley Pullum, Jr., Mildred Proctor, Mary Parker, Irene Mitchell and Carl Pullum; her grandson Delante Brock Jones; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Hall, Vertiley Jones, Joyce Smith, Kevin Long and James Proctor.
She is survived by: her daughter Veronica A. "Duke" Bryant; her stepchildren, Layton Williams, Jr., Naomi Morris (Mitch), Sylvia Williams and Evangeline Williams; her siblings, Russell Pullum, Sr., Sarah Long and Constance Smith; her godson Richard Pullum, Jr.; her nieces, Sheila Stanford and Cheryl Trader; and her nephew Shawn McAllister. She is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; several other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
