He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Williams. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Williams; his son Dwayne Parsons (Shiquita) of Windsor Mills, MD; his granddaughter Kai Parsons; and also Tiah Parsons. He is also survived by eight siblings, nieces and nephews.
