He is survived by: his significant other Verona Parsons; his children, Deborah Kerns, Juanita Abbott of Salisbury and Daniel Parsons (Janet) of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Heather Hayward, Jacob Kerns, Victoria Ensey and Nicholas Parsons; his siblings, Sylvia Parsons, Roy and Rex Parsons; and his grandchildren, Hayward and Vicotria Ensey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
