He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Ellen Bratten; his wife Gertrude; his son Bruce William Bratten, Sr.; his son-in-law Terry Cooper; and his great grandchild Jody Bratten.
He is survived by: his father Lester William Bratten, Sr.; his children, Wilma Mumford (Ron), Valarie Cooper, Marilyn Geaglone (Paul) and Mark Bratten (Priscilla); and his sister LeeAdele Burchette (Ray). He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
