He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith Handy of Salisbury; his children, Clarissa Reid (Andre) of Somerset, NJ. and Terrence Handy (Dewanna) of Preston, MD.; his brother Harry Handy (Susan) of Manchester, NH.; and his grandchildren, John, Nilah, Amayah and Mariah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
