He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Webster and Dorothy Dickson; his grandparents, Gleamon, Della Webster, Oscar and Helen Grier; his uncle Wilson (Nanetta Webster); his brother-in-law Russell Albert Parker; and also, Emma, Gordon Calvert, Janet and Tom Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Parker Webster; his children, William Earl Webster III and Ashley Harris (Daniel); his granddaughters, Emma and Hailey Harris; his sister Patricia Dryden; his cousin Phil Webster (Jean); his siblings-in-law, Michael VanLandingham and Cheryl Parker-Graham; and his nephew Russell Edward Parker II (Ashley). He is also survived by his family and friends.
