Horstman of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Crisfield, Maryland, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Guy Horstman and Maude H. Dize Horstman; his wife Eloise Edna "Lois"; his son David W. Horstman; and his sister Gloria Elaine Horstman. He is also survived by several cousins, in-laws, care givers, and friends.
