William B. Jones Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William B. Jones of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on December 7, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry William's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May William's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice; his son William B. Jones, Jr. (Kim); his granddaughter Harley E. Jones of California; his sister-in-law Carolyn Owens; and his close friend Robert C. Malone, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Princess Anne (11793 Crisfield Ln, Princess Anne, MD 21853). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery (6827 E New Market Ellwood Rd, Hurlock, MD 21643).
