He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W. Ross and Ethel Ross (Riggin). He is survived by: his wife Helen Vitelli Ross; and his children, Willard Ross, Jr. (Annette) of Princess Anne, MD, Michael A. Ross (Becky Bishop) of Princess Anne, MD and Lisa Colona (Brian) of Pocomoke City, MD. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
