He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben H Williams and Retha J. Hawver; his wife Delores "Dee" Williams; his son Kenny Kepoo; and his grandson Shawn Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne "Boe" Williams Jr. (Nicole) of Easton, MD, Arthur Williams (Lisa) of Pittsville, MD and Tucker Williams (Wendy) of Salisbury, MD; his siblings, Paul Riley, Mickey Riley and Marcia Adams; and also Norita Galon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
