She was predeceased by: her sisters-in-law, Barbara Giordano and Carole Naumann. She is survived by: her husband Carl "Gene" Eugene Blizzard, Jr; her son Charles DePuey; and her siblings-in-law, James Blizzard (Judy), Douglas Blizzard (Brenda) of Belair and Joan Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Salisbury, MD.
