He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shrieves and Evelyn Shrieves; his wife Leslie Shrieves; and his brother Gary Shrieves. He is survived by: his children, Robin M. Nock (Charles) and Walter W. Shrieves, Jr. (Melanie); his grandchildren, Jamie Donoway (Lee), Skylar Coleman (Josh), Zachary Nock, Hunter Shrieves and Emily Shrieves; his great grandchildren, Davis and Devin Donoway; and his brother John Shrieves (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Billy to Fruitland Christian Church, 605 St. Lukes Road, Fruitland MD 21826.
