He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Cooper; his son Darcy Joe Cooper (Connie) of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, Sabrina Cannon, Javaonca Cooper, Darcy Cooper and Tarvon Cooper; and his siblings, Mary B. King of Snow Hill, MD, John Raymond Robertson (Jill) of Escondido, CA and Charles Mason (Cynthia) of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
