He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Scott Hooper, Sr. and Barbara Dean Hooper; his siblings, Ruby Morris and Kenneth Hooper; and his uncle Charles "Chuck" Dean.
He is survived by: his son Zackery Scott Hooper; his brother David Hooper (Dawn); his nieces, Amy Bowles, Kelly Hartman, Jamie Hartman, Brandy Grahn and Bethany Hooper; his nephew Charles "Chad" Morris; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Morris and Jeannine Hooper. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews.
